North Dakota Insurance Department enters $40 million settlement
BISMARCK - Insurance Commissioner Adam Hamm announced Monday that the North Dakota Insurance Department has joined California, Florida, Illinois, New Hampshire and Pennsylvania in a $40 million settlement with Metropolitan Life Insurance Co. and several of its affiliates.

Dental program changes affect some Guard, reserve members
